Shipping Methods and Costs
We ship orders via Posti Group Oyj. Shipping costs vary based on the size and weight of the order and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery time is 7–14 business days from the order confirmation date.
Return Policy
Customers have the right to cancel their purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused and in resalable condition. Return requests must be made via email to: info@therian.fi. Posti’s return instructions can be found at Posti Return Instructions.
We reserve the right to charge for any return-related costs. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method from the order.

The payment processing service and payment service provider for our online store is Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7), in cooperation with Finnish banks and financial institutions.
Paytrail Oyj will appear as the recipient of the payment on your bank statement or card invoice and will forward the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution.
